What is Focus Mode?

Focus Mode is the Cognito mode that keeps distractions out while your session runs. In the web app that means a calm screen: just your timer and your work.

It gets really powerful together with the apps:

• The Android app locks distracting apps on your phone.
• The Windows app keeps distracting programs on your PC quiet.
• The Chrome extension blocks distracting websites in your browser.
