Importing your timetable (ICS)

If your school platform offers a calendar link (ICS) — such as Smartschool, Somtoday, Magister or Untis — you can import your timetable in a minute. There are two places to import on your desktop:

• In the Timetable widget: click Import (ICS) below the grid.
• In your planner: click Import timetable at the top.

1. Look for share calendar or ICS link in your school platform and copy the link. A downloaded .ics file works too.
2. Paste the link or pick your file in the import window.
3. Done: your lessons are in your timetable and linked to your subjects where possible.

Note: importing replaces your current timetable. Link not working? Check that it points to an .ics file and is reachable, or create a ticket with the name of your school platform.
